What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation email?

Visiting in a group?

If you are visiting with a group, please contact us (groups of at least 25 people).

If I haven't received the tickets confirmation e-mail

In general, when buying any of our products, you will receive instantly a confirmation email when the purchase is made. But this process, sometimes, can take from 30 minutes to an hour.

If you haven't received confirmation of your purchase, we recommend you to check your spam folder or junk mailbox. Our emails could be considered as spam, and you will probably find your confirmation email there.
